The Gypsy Caravan bands all gathered for a North American tour by the World Music Institute (www.worldmusicinstitute.org). WMI’s director wanted the concert tour to show something of the Romani music roots — originating in India, spreading west until reaching Eastern Europe and then finally Western Europe.

For the film about the concert, we bring you the artists’ performances on stage and then go one step further to see and hear their homes and the music created by people at home in India, Macedonia, Romania and Spain
